Hello All,

I have purchase a A500 from walmart.com. It only work for about 2 days then it lock up, screen became unresponsive. I had tried to boot to recovery but it came up with the android on it back with a red triangle with !. Called warranty support, send it in to be fix, took 5 days there and 5 days back. So now it has been running good until this past Friday about 30 days. It is under 90 day warrantly at the moment but I did buy a 2 year exented warranty.

Problems I have noticed:

1) Act like it has a mind of it own. It has open up my calendar and added events to it. It has open setting and review them. Move from one screen/workspace to another. Rearrange my home screen, move picture to another workspace and move the clock.

2) Screen at time become unresponsive.

3) Noticed the following it the log;
2012-11-28 14:48:48.990 E 142/MPL-accel: vendor/invensense/Invensense330/libsensors/mlsdk/mllite/accel.c|AccelGetData|144 returning 251

2012-11-28 14:48:48.990 E 142/MPL-fifo: vendor/invensense/Invensense330/libsensors/mlsdk/mllite/mlFIFO.c|readAndProcessFIFO|569 returning 251

2012-11-28 14:48:48.990 E 142/Sensors: MLUpdateData error (code 251)

and also the ones below.

2012-11-28 14:52:40.620 E 2733/WidgetAssignor: 인덱스 => 4

Question I am wondering is that is this a software or hardware problem?
It is currently running ICS 4.0.3.
Wondering If I should reload Honeycomb 3.2 on it?
If it hardware it is under warranty and will go back for replacement this time. I also have logs available just ask me.
Really wonder what I should do? Send in for replacement or reload android version?

Thank You,

It's difficult based on that information to tell if the problem is hardware or software. Since you got it back from repair have you installed any apps that are live like wallpaper or additional widgets. If it was me, I would do a factory reset and use it without any additional apps for a few days. If it acts right you need to take a second look at the apps installed.

Oops, look I did forget to add some details. On Friday I did a hard reset, power button & volume button down. Had some problems doing that because the screen became unresponsive. But manage to get pass this. No I did not load any live wallpapers. I install watchdog lite and few apps that I use for work, but nothing that in the background except for watchdog.
