Telechips TCC8900 - I believe it is bricked!

* When I power on or hit reset, the screen first shows green androids but then goes to black.
* I try to hit different combinations to get the android with ! mark, but nothing.
I try to connect to my PC, but cannot. I'm ready to throw the Epad into the trash, but like to try and solve problems first!!! Any suggestions??? Before I rooted the Epad, I could get to recovery mode by pressing the home button and power at reset, but now it goes to black.
Any help would be greeatly appreciated!!!!!
