Keyboard with Voice Search?

Hi,

I have a Disgo 6000, running rooted 2.1 with Launcher pro and with working android market.

I'm trying to use the voice search in Better Keyboard but it just shows a voice recognition not found error. I tried installing what was supposed to be a 2.1 keyboard with voice .apk file I found on the web...and now I get an "Audio Problem - Please speak slowly..." message as soon as I click the microphone key.

Any ideas?

Shep, yes I have a few ideas but I've updated to 2.2 so could you please pull the Settings.apk and SettingsProvider.apk from your 2.1 and post somewhere so I can download and review?

There are some standard settings hidden in there when they modified the software. There's been some success loading the stock versions from the sdk to re-enable to preferences needed to make it work. If you can post those two file we can take a look.
