Keypad Problems

When I use the keyboard/keypad, when I press a/A I get s/S.

Can I repair this problem?

So it sounds like all that should be lower case is upper case?. Try a different keyboard to see if you get the same result. Under settings - input.

I am using an Asus Memo pad HD 7 (ME173X). If I press a, I get s. If I press A, I get S.

I do not have the letter A anymore.

OK. that makes a little more sense. I still suggest trying to switch keyboards. You have at least ASUS and Google as options and there are more available on the Play Store. Are you certain that section of the screen where the a is is working correctly?
