My wife's Coby Kyros 7042 recently started to freeze and restart randomly. She may be checking mail or browsing the net, or reading an ebook. We have reset it using the small button at the back, but this has not helped. It used to happen once in a while, now it happens every time she tries to use it. What could be the problem? How can we solve it?
We live in Zimbabwe, so the option of returning the Kyros is not feasable for us (Shipping would cost more than the tablet itself).
Any help i can get will be much appreciated.
