I bought 2 of these in Dec 2010. both screens are dark, one will not stay on, all i get from the customer service is "so sorry, hope you will buy from us again" No advie on where to send for repair, refund, exchange. Anyone have any ideas, repair suggestions or I am just out the money? I would like to think there is a way to make this Chinese co stand behind their product they sell?????

Do not spend the money to send them back!
You will never see them or your money again! Sorry, the same thing happened to me, l am out $350.00 plus 40.00 shipping back,my thief was ***************

Wish you aren't lose the confidence of others,there are few of online E-commerce like that.

klausnina: Have you tried to troubleshoot the problem?

  • Have you tried to adjust the screen brightness?
  • Have you tried to adjust the "timeout" to a longer setting?

This doesn't fix a bad customer service problem, but let's try to get your tablet working the way you want it :)

Same thing happened to me once. Luckily I filed a dispute on Paypal and finally got my money back. Later I bought a similar product on PickEgg with lower price, which works fine btw. So I never came back to light in a box.
