M80003W reflash

I have a tablet M80003W and I have a problem. Suspended completely. Do you know how to reflash it. Thank you in advance for your help.

I have the same model and the same problem. The tablet worked fine for about 3 weeks then locked up. Are there any detailed instructions as to how accomplish the firmware process to re-flash the OS?
