Memo Pad 7 Keypad Question

Hi Ive had the memo pad 7 for a couple of months, fine so far,just recently when I press the x delete key I get either a long row of the letter l or p as in lllllllllll or ppppppppp, or itt makes a new line






Like this, but I have to come off whatever I'm writing and go back on to get delete to work?
Do i need to take it back to pc world?

I think I would return it to see what they have to say before the warranty runs out.
