Mid7125 cannot sign into skype

When ever i try to log into my skype account on my coby mid7125 it tells me sorry cannot log into skype at this time so o tryed clearing the data and that dident work thn i tryed installing different version of the skype with advanced settings option because that is the on that lets me do video chat and still nothing please help
