Hi there Folks, First post (please be gentle with me!)
I have a (China-Leap) CL_R7 and it seems good ,Wi-Fi works marketplace etc but I can not get it to D/L data.
CL_R7 has a built in modem & card slot I have "three network(Ireland)" sim's -the modem is WCDMA as is sim, this is what happens;
settings>Wireless&Networks>Mobile Network>TURN NETWORK ON
then it--Initailises>registering>then --Mobile Network Ready
--But no application is able to connect
Then under -- settings>Wireless&Networks>Mobile Network>Mobile Network Settings>Data Connection --comes on for a while then gives up!
I am told it was origionally on the China Unicom's 3G network, could it be locked to them? if so how do I unlock?
