I'm pretty sure at least that's the model I have, it was given to me as a Christmas present and I wasn't exactly told what type it is.
Anyhow, I was just going through the motions with an app I have and I knew it would take some time to complete it's process. So I set it aside and just waited out for a while. When I came back to it about 15 minutes later, no matter how many times I pressed the power button to wake it up, the screen stayed black. I have come to the conclusion that it's frozen like this, and no amount of power button holding has turned it off. I know it's still working in some way because whenever I plug it up it shows that it's charging via the lights. I'm getting pretty frustrated, and please don't just tell me to stick a pin in the reset button because, trust me, I've looked all over the thing for a reset button and haven't found one. If you could either:
A.) Tell me an alternate way to get it fixed
or
B.) Tell me where the reset button is
I would be extremely thankful!!!
