My giani mipal II freezes on the loading screen

I'm totaly new to tablets and android, my mum got me a giani mipal II 7" and it won't load any further than the loading screen. The first thing that happens is the model name comes up then just a black screen and 'android' showing and that's as far as it goes. Don't think i done anything before turning it off as i never realy had much time to do anything with it, help would be much appreciated guys. Thanks.

Hi, i have just got the 10" one and mine has done the same when i put the second memory card in and turn it on. If i turn it of remove the card and restart it is ok.
