My Memo Pad has lost all wifi passwords

My Memo Pad has lost all it's passwords. Don't know what I did. I have to reenter my passwords every time I go to sign on to a different wifi signal, and they aren't saved. Same thing happens when I turn off my tablet or reboot.

Should I factory reset? What setting should I make? I'm so confused. I had over a dozen passwords saved. I can't remember all of them. What should I do?

I'm not going to be able to help with your memory, A factory reset may be a good choice. There must be some underlying issue causing that as I know of no settings that would.
