Need an Android Clean Install

Hello Im a new member. My MID 1001 made in Japan Android Tablet hangs on booting logo, no loading. Keeps turning on and off by itself. Need to do a clean install but cant find Android OS2.2, kernel 2.6.32 build number v1.5.3. Can someone help me?

Rather than a clean install, I'd suggest you try to do a factory reset.
