Need help... My S7 slim cannot surf the internet via 3g after reset factory setting.

I had this S7 slim from my brother. He wants me to reset factory setting because he had some private information in this tablet.

Before I reset, I can surf the internet via 3G. But just after I resetting it, I cannot use 3G anymore.

Anyone know what happen to my S7 slim?

I try to restart, turn off and on at data shortcut, remove and reinstall sim card, and reset it again. Does not work.

Had anyone has this problem like me?

Dear icewind,

Maybe you need to configure your mobile network APN, or add the APN.
After factory reset, your mobile network APN become to default.
If this cant solve it, you can try to flash a new rom.
