need help swapping internal sd card to extsd

good day to all im planning to buy 16gb micro sd because my coby kyros mid7042 is running out of memory and i found out that i need to edit vold.fstab heres the sample of my vold.fstab ..can my tablet support vold.fstab edtting? because im scared to brick my tablet..if it can be edited what line should i edit? and what else should i do..i already rooted my tablet than you

The 7042 does support flipping the mount points in vold.fstab. Look in Generation 3 Technical for posts on the topic.
