Need Help!

Hello
This is my first tablet and I am having problems. I recently recieved the Google Android 2.3 PC Tablet Superpad II 3 Netbook Camera HDMI GPS 4GB 512MB, however when I try to upload certain apps such as Pandora, Netflix i'm getting a message that says (China Telecom Infotmic M799ca) this item cannot be installed in your device's country. How do I change this? I live in the U.S. not China

I'd be interested in the answer as well, but the message I get is that the app is incompatible with my China Telecom M799ca!
