New Google Maps Update Version 6.1.1, Brings Fixes for Bugs on Tablets and Phones

There is a new update to the Google Maps app in the Market that fixes some bugs for tablets and phones. The new version is 6.1.1, and you should see an update notification if you already have it installed. Some of the specific issues it addresses are:

• It fixes a bug involving starting the Navigation app on certain Honeycomb devices
• It also fixes an issue with phone numbers on the search result page
