New SGT from TMobile showing up as "refurbished" on TMobile account page!

I just bought a SGT from TMobile...no concerns about new or not..box was normal. After my account was populated with the data from my sale, the window showed my SGT as "refurbished". Does anyone have a refurb and could tell me if there are any identifying symbols on your box/contract which shows it being a refurb, or is this just a glitch.

I had the same thing happen to me. Tried to contact them for an explanation and the chick vehemently stated it was new as a refurb would have arrived in a white box. Typing on it now, and have had no problems, but my thing was if it was indeed refurbished, I just wanted the price difference refunded.
