######## INSTALLATION READ PLEASE ##########
Install either Flashes Slimz Beans or Flashes Phablet and boot system and go through the initial set up, WiFi and email, then boot into recovery and flash gapps.
No more flashing zip,init as init.d support is built in,
Factory reset and clear dalvik is required on update Slimz Beanz 8 and Phablet 3

Almost any app can be deleted, except some system apks i. e. system.ui, which apps would you like to remove? Or do a android backup and experiment

If you already flashed recovery you should not have to reflash it again,to get into recovery just hold the volume up and power button down at the same time or use the app quickboot

No if you flashed the recovery image already, all you have to do is put the ROM zip somewhere on the internal sdcard, I prefer the download folder.press the volume up and the power button down at the same time and recovery should boot, if it does I prefer delete all data/factory reset then go to advance and delete dalvik, at this point go back and go the the label install from sdcard,press and you will see a list of all your folders, if you placed the ROM in downloads just select and you should see the ROM zip, select and bam it flashes it. NOW ALWAYS DO A NANDROID(backup) OF YOUR EXISTING ROM BEFORE YOU FLASH ANYTHING

O. K... So once I made my device ROOTED it would always stay ROOTED... right?

I should always have those 2 files:
1) IMG file - recovery.
2) ZIP file - ROM.

I understood that the ROM file is install from the internal memory-download folder....

Regarding the recovery: its a IMG file... It's not something that I need to install before?

I know that I need to boot into the recovery with the combination of the volume+power... But it not comes already installed...

I understand everything, that the ROM file installation proceed from the recovery... But not when do I need to install this IMG file of the recovery in this process...

OK you must have your boot loader unlocked and also flashed the recovery IMG, otherwise your tablet is not rooted,
if you changed this file" mv recovery-from-boot.p recovery-from-boot.p. " and just add bak, so it read like this( mv recovery-from-boot.p recovery-from-boot.p.bak) and reflashed the recovery img, then yes you're rooted for life or until you flash the stock recovery IMG and relocked your boot loader OEM lock through fast boot

1} is your boot loader unlocked?
2} did you flash recovery IMG in fast boot?
3} did you change MV recovery file?
4} did you reflash recovery after renaming MV recovery file?

If all above has been accomplished, yes you are rooted, if no applies to any of the above, then no

You do not need to run the IMG file (recovery) every time you flash a rom

Hardware info: 0.SS16.

I think that it must been rooted already and the bootloader must be open then...

You're using Mcl's old ROM, which is ICS(ice cream sandwich), you might reset your recovery back to OEM, I just bought this tablet last week and upgraded from ICS to jelly bean and then I unlocked the boot loader and rooted, there's 2 recovery files, one is for ICS and the other is for jelly bean. I would read MCL thread and see if there's any instructions to upgrade from his original ROM and his updates. Just what I thought, if you upgrade to jelly bean your recovery needs to be also reflashed after the ROM is flashed. It seems as though the jelly bean breaks recovery.
You just have to flash the updated jelly bean recovery

Flash the ROM and you will have to reflash recovery through fastboot and adb ,not the android SDK but letools (lenovo adb)
