Newb question on tablet recommend for kid

I have searched the forum but have not found the answer. I have a 4 year old who loves playing games on my evo 3d from the Android market. I have read that many lower end tablets do not have full access to the Android market. Since the main reason I want a tablet is for free Android market games, I'm looking for a tablet that has full access to the Android market. And of course I'd like to be able to load .avi movies as well. Can anyone provide any suggestions for a cheaper tablet with full access to Android market to entertain a 4 year old?
