No Color in my new LG Tablet

There's no Color in my new LG Tablet. Everything is in grey-scale including the icons on the Home-Screen. The device is only a week old and it had color when I first opened it. I noticed that when taking photos I had a hard time but finally, after jiggling in the photo app I was able to get it in color.

Otherwise everything is in tones of grey. No color anywhere.

I got it for free from T-Mobile as a promo item.

I wasn't to the point of being concerned about an exchange just yet .
I'm not worried about that actually. I mentioned how I came to acquire from T-Mobile merely as a point of fact.

What I was hoping for was an instruction on how to go about fixing it - Isn't there a fix?

I'm simply trying to explain that you have a faulty tablet that may not be fixable. No matter how you acquired it you should get it replaced/swapped.
