No Standby - Power Off only

Hi,
I bought a Flytouch 2 but what I see is that it can not goes in standby. If I push the power button I have two results:

• one second push ---> Display lock but remains on (never become black)
• 2 seconds push ---> Pad power off (became black but Android restart from zero)

I can not have the true standby with display off but with android ready when push the power on.
Also if I change Standby time from 1 minute, 10 minutes ore more, nothing change. I have the display lock only but never become black.
Is this normal? In your opinion where is the problem.
