nuclear-csitwo:4.0.4 Firmware Needed

Hello,
im in dire need of this rom
nuclear-csitwo:4.0.4
and I've tried sooooooooooooooooo many. Some the touch screen don't work, some the screen is 1cm off with inverted touch but none that works 100%

I've tried the following.... (lol)

MaPan MX713 Update Softwares - MaPan & MaiPad Update Softwares (All of Them!!)

nuclear evb-eng 4.0.4 IMM76D 20121108 (didn't work)

nuclear_pfdq88eng-4.0.4 IMM76D 20120801 (no go)

and a whole bunch of others :-(

I know that my tablet is an Q88B-12S model

I got it from ebay and the actual name of the tablet is:
4GB 7" MID Google Android 4.0 Multi-touch Capacitive Tablet PC WIFI 3G 512MB

The issue is trying to find the build number... since it has "csi" in it when i try to google or yahoo it... i see the tv show listings or other types of nuclear firmware that either don't work for my tablet or touch calibration is off.

Please if anybody knows what my tablet is and/or where I can get the firmware from I'd be ever so happy, I just want to use my tablet again, if anyone knows of any Nuclear firmware floating out there please lead me the way!!
