Onda V802 Does Not Open

i have onda v802 tablet .i used , maybe nearly one year. just now my tablet not open. i think my tablet lost firmware. so how can i find and try again.please hely me and answer me . thank u very much

A tablet, any tablet, can't just have the operating system disappear. Will it not turn on or are you getting an error?
