Hold down power and home buttons together until blue Core4 Quad logo appears then wait for list of options with Android symbol showing. You will lose all data and apps when you do reset and when you reboot, tablet will be in Chinese. Go to Settings button that you will recognise then look for red cloud symbol (tenth from top) and touch. Underneath the top drawn line on right hand side touch and you will get a list of languages.
