Packing Rom For A13 Devices?

I am a bit confused about this subject.
I am trying topack a rom for A13 Devices and I don't really know how to do that?
As far as all of you know the A13 devices use LiveSuit software as a delivery mechanism for falshing new rom.
So how could I pack a rom to flash it with LiveSuit
OR
Is there any othere way, if yes what?
