Pdf reader with highlighting and commenting ability

If anyone knows of a Android PDF reader with highlighting and commenting capabilities , I'd really like to know (or any work around method)

My apologies, when I searched, I thought it said Android. I just used Google, and I probably mis-read the description.

What Free Windows PDF editor are you using? The one I use puts a "trial version" stamp on each edited page.

Among others i find that pdf x-change viewer is pretty good, the basic version is free
