Pics & Video Leak of the Next Generation Nexus 7

Last night, some pics and a video leaked of the next-generation Google Nexus 7 Android tablet. This particular version of the device is labeled, ME571K_PR1_SKU2. Here's a video below of the device,

Here's a list of specs that came along with this leak,

• 7-Inch LCD display (unnamed resolution at this time)
• 4 gigabytes of DDR3L RAM (although the final shipping version may only be 2GB - this is unconfirmed at this time)
• 1.2-megapixel camera on the front, and 5-megapixel camera on the back
• Dual speakers
• Android 4.3
• 32GB and 64Gb storage

These specs seem pretty impressive, especially if it ends up keeping 4GB of RAM. We will keep a close eye on this, but in the mean-time enjoy the video.

It looks like Google and its hardware partner Asus added a rear-facing camera this time around, which was absent in the original Nexus 7.
The 7-inch tablet also looks a bit slimmer than the original and has a rubbery backing.

You're absolutely right. I guess it wouldn't be appropriate to show the 'leak' in public on a family-friendly Forum such as this... lol. So, to see it uncensored, you have to punch in Android Central Exclusive The New Nexus 7 on the YouTube app to watch the 1:06 min. 'leak' on video... lol, again.

While the original Nexus 7 ran on an Nvidia Tegra 3 processor, whereas the upcoming model will reportedly feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro processor. The new model also has a 1980 x 1200 resolution, compared to 1280 x 800 on the original version, the Daily Telegraph reported.
