Pipo S1 Pro Bluetooth USB Dongle and GPS

Hello.
I recently bought a Pipo S1 Pro
I have an old GPS system, it's about as big as a match box.
It used to connect to my old phone over bluetooth.
But my Pipo tablet doesn't have bluetooth.
I had a couple of bluetooth USB dongles but when inserted not much happens.
I am new to Android.
Would it be possible for this to work ?
What would I have to do ?
Any articles etc ?
