play .mp4 video

Hi,
I recently purchased the samsung galaxy tablet in inch 7500
At first I was able to play the .mp4 video but the next tume I tried it, the tablet says can not play video.
Do you know why please?

Yes that happened to my at first but then i cheaked for a system update and i updated it and then i was able to play mp4 files so try to update your devise, go into setting and go to the bottom and click on aboutdevice and click on system update and update your device try that iff that doesnt work call 1800samsung they should be able to help you.

Try a different player like mobo player
Or go to settings - applications - all - then clear data on the video player
