Hi ya'll im new here n been havn alot of trouble w my play store onmy tablet dont know where 2 look 2 uninstall 2reinstall it afraid 2 do the factory reset cuz last time other prob had 2 send back 2 comp njust got 4 christmas n costs me 2 send 2 comp. i hav wifi n says no connection retry then when go 2 diff way 2my apps can c apps installed but cant do anything w them ? help ?
