Please help about zenithink ZT-180 epad!

i tried to update my ZT-180 EPAD using the 1020 Zenithink ZT-180 Firmware & Installation Video Tutorial given on zenithink.us website. After THE proCeduRe was completed, i turned off the epad by pressing the power button for 10 seconds (as instructed) but when i restarted, it got held at the "e pad" screen at the start. it is not moving ahead i.e. the desktop is not appearing. i am worried, please help!

you can always reflash again it will not damage anything. also try pressing the "reset" hole
