Please Help!! Allwinner A13 Tablet with Cortex A7 stuck in BootLogo!

Dear Friends,
I have an Allwinner A13 Tablet with Cortex A7 and Mali 400MP. Today when I tried to backup and restore from CW Recovery Menu, it rebooted and became stuck in Bootlogo. It has only three buttons - Power, Menu and Esc, so I dont know how to go to Recovery menu manually.

Also, I have another tablet of the same model, so can I copy the rom of that Tablet to my dead Tablet through LiveSuit??? If So, then how?

Please provide to me the firmware or a process by which i can copy the firmware from the good tablet to the dead one!
