Please Help Frustrated!

Just received new android 2.2 superpad and we can't download games, apps, or google chrome. Tablet says it's a phone. What can I do/

Start by letting us know as much as possible about your device so we can identify it definitively. Also, do you have any experience or familiarity with Android phones? Can you post any pictures? A more complete description? All of this will help.
