dear sirs
i bought a touchpad tablet pc 7" a month ago but i didn't use it that much
days ago i switched it on and all of sudden it's frozen on the starting logo the android logo the green one
i tried to let the battery die
i tried to pin it
i tried to hold the power button for seconds
all my attempts were useless
i read somewhere that i need to download sth on a sd card and then to put it it the tablet
please i do not know anything about it could you provide me with the solution please i am hopeless
and the steps...
