Problem With Galaxy Tab A6

Hello everyone,
I'm looking for help to fix my tablet, I tried different things even change the firmware and nothing helps.
The BACK button and the Most Recent button don't work, the home button and the power work ok, but after working a few hours with the tablet it freezes completely and nothing works. I have to open the back cover and disconnect the battery and let it rest for sometime to get it working again.

I don;t know what the problem might be,

You can try to give it to the official Samsung service because probably you have a hardware problem. Or also you can try to contact MisterFix guys, they helped me many times and I'm sure they will be able to fix your Tab A6
