I'm new to this forum and Android products as well. I need help with an issue I'm having with the Android Mid M9000. I bought it brand new and charged it but it won't boot up. Well, I'm not sure that is the right terminology for this problem. It will turn on but I only have a white screen with lines running through it. I have restarted it every way I know how and it's still the same screen whenever it comes on. Any ideas on what could be wrong or how to fix it? I can't return it because I bought it several months ago for my husband's birthday which happens to be today. Thanks in advance for any input!
