Problems in Need of Tech Support for A1CS x220 Tablet

This christmas I purchased the A1CS x220 from Amazon for my daughter, and for the past week have experienced some problems.

The tablet appeared to have reset itself and I am unable to find any of the apps that we downloaded they have all vanished.



It also keeps coming up with an error message of no memory space available so we cannot download anything again or delete files or find them, I have been trying to find a way to clear the memory or re-boot to start again but it will not allow me

The internet is still working

Anyone can help please? I would be extremely grateful

Has it got an SD card slot, did you put an SD card into it?
