Problems not booting!!! Android 0.2.2.2

Heya people!

This is my first time in forum, I wanna share with you my problems in a WonderMedia MiD 7" tablet!!

When I am turning ON my tablet, there is a message "ANDROID" and a number "0.2.2.2" without figures...i cant boot my tablet, and i dont know that must i do!!!!

Im not a tech but ill help it looks like its trying to load honycombe do you know who makes it does it say on the case.
