[Q] i need help in Manual partitioning mSD card..

i did everything.. installed ADB and stuff.. open cmd, went to adb shell then when i reach the part where i input "rm 1", it says

Error: Partition dev/block/mmcblk0p1 is in use, cannot be parted.. (or something like that, cant memorize)

anyone here knows how to solve this??

You just forgot to tell us that you are on a 2.2 rom... if you were on a 2.1 it will work.
On a 2.2 you can't, at least easily with the tools we have at disposal for the S7.
