That is pretty awesome. How about some info about the device?

We have been having a bit of a contest, and just for fun, and to see how well our new. Touchpad could do running cm7 a2. 1. So far 1hen2ducks has bested me a bit. 3561 is the best I can do as of now. I did find out that this score is achieved on just 1 of the 2 cores. It would seem that this alpha build of cm7 still has to get all the hardware functioning as it should. As it is, the the touchpad rocks on cm7. I still love the Nook but the touchpad is one awesome piece of work.

Was a TouchPad/Android CM7.1 overclocked to 1782Mhz which is about all you can get from the single core we're using of the dual core arrangement.

Thanks to J5150 for mentoring me in the beginning and to Moshe for taking over more recently and of course, all the Devs.

Am I allowed to use my desktop?

Spider, don't feel too bad. The highest post we have here for the Nook Color was 3415 by Rastaviper back in July http://www.androidtablets.net/forum...formance-increases-settings-7.html#post110804. Others were also getting around the 3000 mark pretty consistently at that time Oc'd to around 1.3 GHz.

Of course that is single core to single core (for the moment) but the HP is also running 1GB of RAM so the Nooks are pretty great considering they are "e-readers" :D
