My wireless router is broken. Is it possible for me to download files, for example books, on my PC and move them to the Kryos for me to use? Any help would be appreciated.

Sure, you can either use a microSD to move files between tablet and computer or use your tablet in "mass storage mode" while connected through USB to the computer to transfer the files directly between them.
