Hi valerie, it helps if there is an actual question. The more details you can provide the better. Also check forums specifically dedicated to your device and try the search feature. There are plenty of people here willing to help but first you have to help yourself and also have patience.

Hello Valerie, welcome to the forum. I'm sorry to hear you're not finding the forum effective, but I'm not sure what can be done to fix that. Your posts appear to be in the correct locations and it seems people try to help when they can. If no one answers a question, it's probably because no one who's looked at your questions knows the answer.
