Welcome to phiremod for Nook! This rom is based off Cicada’s Nookie Froyo 0.6.7. Your warranty was void long ago, so I am not responsible for any damages you may encounter (though you probably won’t). This is a Clockwork flashable zip only. It WILL erase your internal memory. Please make the necessary backups.

Features
- Froyo 2.2.1
- Sudo-Gingerbread theme (ADW)
- Default LCD density of 160 (user adjustable)
- Some larger framework image files for the larger screen
- Miui Music and Gallery
- Droid X keyboard
- Swype keyboard
- gTab simi Clock widget included
- LCDDensity included

Why Beta?

- Having trouble getting Market to work
- System fonts are still black (so status bar text/menu setting text aren't readable)...

Changelog:

BETA2
- Added Market Enabler which fixed the Market loading

BETA
- First release, see features for details

I'll be watching for at least v2. :) I don't like v1 of anything.

Same here, going to give it a few days but glad to see more 2.2 roms being released.

Yea, i think i'm gonna wait for CM to release before I dive into a daily eMMC rom though.

Beta 2 is already up - looks like it fixed the Market. Think I'll wait a bit before jumping on the ship though.

I may give this a try in a couple days..i mean that is what Cw is for.. I have to finish some school stuff first. Spent too much time fighting with adb last night.. and still lost.. Will be watching the feedback for sure.

Wow thanks for the post but I also will wait for .2+ or CM. Still a little gun-shy about doing anything internal. But it certainly sounds compelling.

Can one boot into recovery with this rom once installed and restore a backup if necessary? Or does it screw with Clockwork. Does anyone know or tried it yet. I am compelled to try it shortly.

*Edit: I may wait a couple days too, but If I try it I will report back.

OK. I got it installed. We will see how it goes. So far market is working fine. I am not going to mess with OC and CWR until I see if there are bugs reported on XDA. Read the warnings on XDA too. I would not venture into this just yet if you are newbie:)

Please keep us updated guys. Im itching to have a daily driver of froyo, if nothing else just for flash. Is this a pre-rooted rom? Ill save all my other noobieish questions for after i actually install a version.

WHAT!?!?!? After all your 'Don't install to the eMMC yet' posts! I am SO PROUD of you! Let us know how long before your nook melts down, ok? :)

First question, now that it is installed, do you have any issues booting a CWR Bootable SD card?
