ROOTING? extSD? confused

You all, I'm a bit thick when it comes to all the technical stuff!
I have an ASUS KO10 tablet (which I rather like) but I can't figureouthow to make NEW FILES download /save to EXT.SD card.
The tablet is only 8th and therefore doesn't have that much space free.
Can anyone help this technoignoramus please?

What you need is a file manager / file explorer program to move files from the tablet to the SD card.

If there isn't already one on your tablet, Astro File Manager and ES File Explorer are both pretty good and there are free versions on the Market. The instructions that come with them should get you started.

Thanks for that Spider, already have file manager. Tried the ES one and tablet still BLOCKS any copying etc.aaaasgggghhhhh
