Screen Flipping Portrait To Landscape

I have a Samsung note 10 ,2014 version. the screen flips for no reason and at the rate of several times in a 30 min session. I have tried to turn off screen rotation, turn on screen rotation. nothing helps. any Help would be appreciated.

finally went to samsung customer service and they took over my tablet and reset to factory without me losing anything. Great customer service.
