Senior Grandma needs help

I am a 68 rear old with a special needs daughter.... I got her the infoTMIC Sylvania 7" Tablet last year at CVS... $99... she pulled out the little micro chip.... and it hasn't worked since then.... I put it back in.... bought a new one..... where should I take it to have it fixed... or is it worth getting fixed... or can I download from a site to get it fixed.... please remember... grandma is not real computer savy...
