Signal Problem

Hi. I have recently i have updated to jellybean. Since then i have problems with the network signals. The other person im talking to was unable to hear my voice. Any ideas. Thanks in advance.

I'm not entirely clear on what the "real" problem is. Is the signal bad or is an app not working correctly? Need more information.
