slow rotation of samsung galaxy tab p1000

hi guys..i have my samsung galaxy tab gt-p1000 and i tried to on the auto rotate..then after that i try to rotate side by side it rotate slowly..and sometimes it doesnt rotate..then i just calibrate it to go back the main view...i try to ask the technician in the mall some said maybe the censored and the other said only application..can somebody help me about this?any application or program?

I found on my original 7" Galaxy Tab the fault seemed to lie with the stock launcher. As soon as I installed adwlauncher the problem pretty much went away.
